About
Why I do this work.
Some products can afford to move fast and fix it later. I've mostly worked on the ones that can't: sensitive data, regulated funding, vulnerable users, or money that has to reconcile. Twelve years of it, across NDIS marketplaces, banking and fintech, ecommerce and SaaS.
Disability tech is where I've gone deepest: building the products and coaching founders through Remarkable. It's personal, not just professional.

I grew up with a brother who has a disability. I've seen firsthand what happens when systems and products fail people, and what changes when someone sees the person instead of the limitation. It's shaped how I think about every product since.
Accessibility isn't a checklist. It's whether someone can actually use what you built.
