Why I do this work.

Some products can afford to move fast and fix it later. I've mostly worked on the ones that can't: sensitive data, regulated funding, vulnerable users or money that has to reconcile.

Disability tech is where I've gone deepest: building products, embedding accessibility into product teams and coaching founders through Remarkable. It's personal, not just professional.

Growing up with a brother with a disability, I saw firsthand what happens when systems fail people, and what changes when someone takes the time to see the person, not the limitation. It's shaped how I approach every product since.

Accessibility isn't a checklist. It's whether someone can actually use what you built.
